I bought the 20" fat tire E-bike by Ecotric back in April of 2021 for just under $1000.00 USA. I rode the bike almost 1100 miles, and seeing that I bought it for transportation to work that investment of just under $1000.00 USA has made me over $20,000.00. I rode it just about every day even in the pouring rain sometimes. When I put it away for the winter I found myself actually looking forward to riding it again. The battery is still almost as strong as the day it was delivered. The only problem was with the front brake made noise but was able to easily fix. I have nothing but good things to say about this E-Bike. Was worried that the battery wouldn't last but 6 months, but how wrong I was about that. Still charges fast. Still folds nice. Still very quiet and still very attractive in looks and price. Those fat tires make that bike look tough as hell!!! People still say "nice bike" to me. So if you're looking for an E- Bike that will take you 10 miles round trip per day and will last over 1 year and is also easy to maintain then this E-Bike is well deserved to look more into. Wish I could give it 10 stars. Definitely one of the best buys I have made in a long long time. Well worth it!!!

Great Bike for my teenage kids

The bike is well built and for the price you can’t beat that. I use it for delivery and so far so good. Wish I had an LCD display and a faster charging rate.

I have been using an ebike for the past 5 years to get up and down the very steep hill to surf at Black's beach in La Jolla, Ca. My previous bike had skinny tires, so I couldn't ride it on the beach, but it got up the hill without a lot of effort. It needed a new controller, but the company was out of business and parts were unavailable. The first time I rode the ecotric up the hill, it was a bit disappointing, I had to work a lot harder on the steepest sections than with my previous bike, but it worked great on the soft sand. I took it to a local bike store and had them put in a different sprocket with a lower gear. Total cost for the sprocket, new derailleur and lengthening the chain was under $100, but I figured I am still money ahead as most other comparable bikes were at least $1,500. The fold down handlebars are key to putting it in my truck. I highly recommend this bike.
