Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ebikeoptions.com. If you experience any problems with your purchase, please email us at support@ebikeoptions.com, or call us at 303-834-7376, and we will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
Return times may vary depending on the manufacturer, but they generally range between 7 and 30 days. Please make sure you contact us within the manufacturer's stated return time period and we'll begin processing your return.
We encourage you to refer to the Manufacturer Warranty and Return Policies page for the specific brand's policies for the product you have purchased.
Please note that each brand carries its own policies. If there are any differences between ebikeoptions.com general Return Policy and that of the manufacturer, in all cases, the manufacturer's policy should supersede ours.
Returns and Refunds
If you are returning the product within the manufacturer's stated return period:
- You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product should be returned with all its parts, accessories, and manuals in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the status of return. If your refund is approved, you will be paid within 14 days using the original form of payment.
If you contact us after the manufacturers' stated return period has passed, we will be unable to provide a refund.
Shipping
If you decide to return your item because you changed your mind, or no longer need the product, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Damages
If the item being returned is defective or damaged, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning it. Please provide photographs to returns@ebikeoptions.com of any defects or damages so we can begin an insurance claim on your behalf.
Exchanges
Only if a piece of equipment is faulty or damaged do we send it back to the manufacturer for replacement. If you choose to exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@ebikeoptions.com.
If you contact us after the manufacturers' stated return period has passed, we will be unable to provide exchanges.
Canceling an order
All orders cancelled after 48 hours will be subject to an administration fee equal to 4% of the entire order, whether or not your order has shipped. This is due to the fact that Shopify no longer refunds the processing fees when an order gets canceled. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
