Ordering and Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your items are on backorder, or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.  

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@ebikeoptions.com


If your bike is being delivered "Signature Required," you should prepare for your delivery ahead of time (all electric bikes over $500 are usually shipped this way).

When your shipment arrives, please inspect the packaging and ask the driver the following questions:

  1. Has any damage occurred? Look for holes, water stains, and rips. Has the box been opened? Check to see if anything has been removed.
  2. If only partially damaged, accept the item and note any exceptions on the delivery receipt. DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT.
  3. Make a note of exceptions on both copies of the delivery receipt. Have the driver sign their full name, then you do the same.

In the event that your bike is damaged when it arrives, take photographs of the box and shipping labels as well as any damage your bike has incurred.  Photos may be required when making a claim. 

If your bike was damaged as a result of transit, the manufacturer will provide you with replacement parts. However, please note that any bike shop expenses incurred to reinstall these parts will be at your own expense.

Please inspect your product before assembly or discarding the packaging. When you unpack your box, if you discover any damaged or missing parts, please contact us at support@ebikeoptions.com with photographs and a detailed explanation. Do not assemble your bike until we respond to you regarding your email.  Please note that most manufacturer warranties will not cover small cosmetic blemishes or paint scratches that occur during shipping. 

If you refuse shipment without obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number from either ebikeoptions.com or the manufacturer of your product, (aka Refusing Delivery), then the Returns and Refunds policy will apply and you will not be refunded the shipping costs.

Cancelations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card which was used to place your order.
